Castabiltiy

Your castability based on your talent
  • are you able to do accents
  • is your vocal ability will varied
  • whats your  ability spectrum
  • can you play both high and low status

Casting is based on what you look like
  • your nationality
  • your age
  • what your eye colour/ hair colour
  • in a lot of casting auditions people tend to dress like the roll there auditioning for so the casting directors can see what they'd look like if they were to get the part

My personal castability

  • teenager
  • young adult
  • 16-18
  • student
  • intern
  • rough charature / rude girl
i feel i would be quite easy enough to cast because i have quite a young however can old at the same time face meaning i could play a varied age range of characters. However because i am mix race it would be very hard to cast me in period dramas depending were and what time it was set. i aslo have quite an unusual mix which could either work in or against my favour.

To improve my castabtiy i need to work on my flexibility so I can be considered for more physical theatre rolls which will also help on craterisations skills so can add more depth to my rolls I will be playing.

I would also like to improve my posture so I can be considered for more hight status rolls . This is because at the moment my posture is very slouched and hunched meaning I find it really hard to keep my back straight when playing high status characters limiting me form certain rolls.
